Welcome to the path of health & inner harmony! By learning this ancient Qigong method, you can improve your mental concentration through simple movements and breathing. Free courses will be held at Tärnaby Fjällhotell during September. A warm welcome!

Positive effects of Qigong: Strengthens your immune system, improves your physical well-being, helps you achieve focus and clarity, relieves stress and anxiety and achieve inner peace and harmony.The method consists of 5 exercises that are calm and some completely still and 2 meditations, one standing and one sitting. The aim is for participants to learn the exercises so that they can practice independently at home or with friends and family and learn the philosophy behind the cultivation method of body and mind.

NOTE: Wear normal clothes, which you can move freely in.
