Åkerlundska Gården is Västerbotten’s first tourist station and was built in 1927. The house is renovated in the old style, ie. as it was originally when it was built in the 20s with rustic and cozy atmosphere.
The choice of location is still attractive – located on the mountain slope on Laxfjället in Tärnaby with a wonderful view of the lake and the mountain horizon, a short distance up from the road. The farm is as close to Anjabacken as you can get and you get out quickly on Laxfjället.
Accommodation: Åkerlundska gården has ten bedrooms with a total of 23 beds (30 beds if you sleep two people in the wider lower beds that are in 8 of the bunk beds).
Two of the rooms have a private bathroom, the others have a sink.
8 rooms share four toilets and three showers. Large kitchen and a living room where everyone can fit. There is no TV or wi-fi in the house. Sauna is in the basement.
On the entrance floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with a large dishwasher. A living room with space for everyone to eat and also sit down and enjoy in front of the fireplace. Firewood is not included but can be ordered, talk to the reception.
In the basement there is a sauna and showers and a toilet. On the upper level there are two showers and two toilets as well as a drying room. Each room has a sink in the room.
At Åkerlundska Gården there is no TV or wifi.
