Åkerlundska Gården is Västerbotten's first tourist station and was built in 1927.The house is renovated in the old style, ie. as it originally was when it was built in the 20th century with rustic and cozy atmosphere.
The choice of location is still attractive - situated on the slope of Laxfjället in Tärnaby with lovely views of the lake and the mountain horizon, a short distance up from the road. The farm is as close to Anjabacken as you can get and you can quickly reach Laxfjället.
Accommodation: Åkerlundska gården has ten bedrooms with a total of 23 beds (30 beds if you sleep two people in the wider lower beds in 8 of the bunk beds).
Two of the rooms have a private bathroom, the others have a sink.
8 rooms share four toilets and three showers.
Large kitchen and a living room where everyone can fit. There is no TV or wi-fi in the house. Sauna is in the basement.
On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with a large dishwasher. A living room with space for everyone to eat and also sit down and enjoy in front of the fireplace. Firewood is not included but can be ordered, talk to reception.
In the basement there is a sauna and showers and a toilet. On the upper floor there are two showers and two toilets and a drying room. Each room has a washbasin in the room.
At Åkerlundska Gården there is no TV or wifi.
